Breakouts require a different kind of attention and planning. Presenters’ needs can change at a moments’ notice, room schedules change, and any number of other complexities can pop up that require a special attention to detail to make sure things go smoothly. Having the right equipment is the easy part. We have extensive experience managing the needs and coordinating logistics for a multitude of breakout rooms.
ONsite carries all the audiovisual and computer equipment you need to host a great expo or to exhibit an outstanding booth at a tradeshow. We can deliver the audio, video, lighting and staging you need to provide a great atmosphere for your attendees and exhibitors. If you are exhibiting at an event, we can provide the audiovisual equipment for your needs as well.
