Themed Tent Event, Themed Asian Event. The objective was to produce unique back-to-back events in the same Ballroom.
Services provided included Scenic Theme Development, Pixel Mapping & Content Development, Video, Sound, and Lighting.
Week 1: Scenic to reflect the Japanese Culture. Rigging plan to accommodate a much larger, week 2, drug launch.

ONstage was tasked with creating 2 unique environments for Japanese Pharmaceutical giant, Shionogi. The two week event included a national sales meeting that rolled into the launch of their new drug “Osphena”. Both events, while utilizing the same space, needed to have a very different look but with subtle nuances that would reflect Shionogi’s proud Japanese heritage.
Shionogi’s wish, to immerse its audience, was accomplished with a 180’ x 19’ curved screen deploying dramatic video and graphic content powered by Pandora’s Box Media Servers and a 7 stack (14 projector) blend. In addition to video, ONstage provided lighting, audio, breakout av, scenic design, project management, and technical labor.
